Real Estate Law - Have won numerous bench and jury trials over the past twenty five years. Have settled individual cases for sums in excess of One Million dollars. Have prevailed in over 100 unlawful detainer cases.
Franchise Law - Kramer & Kaslow has won numerous cases and arbitrations for franchisees. Made new law in the Ninth Circuit for franchisees. Was a lead counsel for a franchisee national class action that resulted in major changes in a franchise system and benefits to class members valued in excess of nine million dollars.
Civil Litigation - Kramer & Kaslow has obtained judgments for clients totaling millions of dollars. Some by jury trial, some by bench trial, some by arbitration, some by default. We litigate, arbitrate and try cases in various States (subject to local rules and local counsel) and we serve as local counsel for matters pending in California.
